This role is responsible for building a world-class brand presence, increasing brand awareness in key markets, and establishing Apryse as a trusted leader in the document technology industry.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic storyteller and brand builder, with experience driving integrated campaigns, corporate communications, industry relations, and creative production. They will lead a small but high-impact team spanning brand, design, and video and collaborate closely with product marketing, regional marketing, and executive leadership to create a consistent and compelling market presence.

The compensation for this position is commensurate upon experience, with a total compensation range between $120,000.00-$150,000.00 CAD in on target earnings.

Key Responsibilities
- Brand Leadership
- Own and evolve the Apryse brand strategy, visual identity, and messaging framework.
- Drive programs to increase brand awareness, trust, and preference globally.
- Partner with leadership on thought leadership and industry recognition efforts.
- Corporate Communications & Industry Relations
- Lead corporate communications, including PR, analyst relations, and external announcements.
- Build and nurture industry relationships, securing speaking opportunities, awards, and media placements.
- Oversee the creation of high-impact corporate content (press releases, blogs, social copy).
- Creative, Design, & Video Production
- Manage the design and video team, ensuring consistent visual storytelling across all touchpoints.
- Oversee the production of corporate videos, brand campaigns, and creative assets.
- Ensure all creative deliverables align with the Apryse brand and business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with product marketing and demand generation teams to support GTM efforts with strong brand storytelling.
- Collaborate with regional marketing to ensure brand consistency while allowing for localized strategies.
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally, ensuring alignment across all channels.
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years in corporate marketing, brand management, or communications roles in B2B SaaS or technology.
- Proven experience building and scaling a global B2B brand.
- Strong background in corporate communications, PR, and industry relations.
- Hands-on experience leading creative teams including design and video production.
- Excellent storytelling and strategic thinking skills; able to translate complex technology into compelling brand narratives.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
