THE TEAM
The mission of the Direct to Customer Department is to acquire, engage, and retain clients through personalized and relevant content while driving traffic and revenue to stores and Aritzia.com.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing, and our Direct to Customer team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for executing exceptional subscriber and channel management while driving traffic, revenue, and loyalty through our DTC channels. As a leader of the Direct to Customer Department, you will lead and be responsible for developing and executing SMS and Push Notifications strategies and content, ensuring that our marketing, transactional and triggered programs are delivered in an elevated and personalized way. THE ROLE
As the Senior Manager/Manager, Mobile Marketing, you will lead the team to:
- Define the strategic channel approach for Aritzia’s portfolio of permission-based and addressable marketing channels, inclusive of channel budgeting, forecasting, and investment strategies (with a focus on SMS and Push Notifications)
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new subscribers to our portfolio of permission-based and addressable channels
- Drive profitable traffic and revenue across Web, App, and Retail via broadcast messaging and behaviour-based triggers
- Engender long-term loyalty and retention via churn mitigation and reactivation journeys
- Ensure accessibility to accurate assets and data, while driving seamless and optimized process execution
- Build and maintain internal and external partner workstreams in the pursuit of building a world class cross-functional team and technology ecosystem
- Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Senior Manager/Manager, Mobile Marketing has:
- Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in DTC Marketing, specifically related to mobile marketing
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
THE COMPENSATION
At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $100,000–$300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
