You will be responsible for:

  • Managing agency partners to ensure external execution aligns with company priorities.

  • Conducting regular audits of SEM, programmatic, and paid social activity to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities.

  • Applying brand safety measures and ensuring campaigns meet compliance and quality standards.

  • Developing and maintaining measurement frameworks for attribution, tracking, and conversion.

  • Reconciling performance data across platforms (e.g., GA vs. CM360) and providing guidance on attribution model selection.

  • Partnering cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Insights, Technology, and Digital teams to align media execution with business objectives.

  • Defining a roadmap for scaling in-house expertise, with potential to grow and manage a future team.

You have:

  • 5+ years in digital paid media, ideally with both agency and client-side exposure.

  • Hands-on expertise with DV360, Google Ads, Meta.

  • Strong knowledge of GTM, attribution, conversion tracking, and SEM best practices.

  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, reporting).

  • Experience managing comprehensive media budgets.

  • Proven success working with or managing agencies.

You are:

  • Self-aware, empathetic and possess a high level of Emotional Intelligence (EQ).

  • Analytical, collaborative, and solutions-focused.

  • A strong communicator, able to simplify technical concepts for senior leaders.

  • Comfortable challenging constructively while maintaining strong relationships.

  • Growth-minded, eager to build new capabilities and scale an internal function.
