Position Overview
We're searching for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Digital Marketing team in a hybrid capacity (6-8 days a month, every Wednesday and every other Thursday, in the office) from our Toronto, Atlanta, or Chicago offices. In this role, you'll own Applied Systems' review site presence, building and managing community content channels (G2, Reddit, Wikipedia, and more) while supporting our SEO/AEO and Paid Media programs across all brands. Reporting to the VP of Digital Marketing, you'll drive online visibility and authority and ensure our Search teams have the research, reporting, and execution support they need. We're looking for a strong analytical communicator who uses AI to work smarter, values collaboration and diverse perspectives, embraces challenge, and brings a sense of fun to high-impact work.
What You'll Do
Review Sites
  • Own review site strategy and presence across G2, Capterra, and similar platforms for Applied Systems, EZLynx, and Ivans, including profiles, taxonomy, content optimization, and SEO best practices.
  • Lead G2 strategy across brands, driving category positioning, competitive performance, buyer intent integration, and pipeline impact; oversee paid programs, budgets, and optimization.
  • Monitor review sentiment and performance, manage response workflows with Product Marketing and Customer Success, and report on volume, ratings, traffic, leads, and ROI.

Reddit, Wikipedia & Emerging Content Channels
  • Build and manage Applied Systems' presence on Reddit and Wikipedia, ensuring policy-compliant, well-sourced content that supports brand authority, AEO, and AI citation goals.
  • Monitor brand and competitor conversations across communities and surface insights to Product Marketing and Customer Success; pilot additional emerging channels aligned to organic growth.

SEO / AEO Support
  • Support SEO/AEO efforts through keyword research, content briefs, competitive analysis, and tracking competitor visibility across AI search platforms and review ecosystems.

Paid Media Support
  • Provide execution, reporting, and governance support for Paid Media programs, including UTM management, conversion tracking QA, attribution hygiene, and channel research.

We're Excited to Learn More About You
Your experience may include:
  • 3+ years in digital marketing with hands-on experience across SEO, paid search, and/or review site management; B2B SaaS preferred.
  • Experience managing review platforms (G2, Capterra, etc.), including profiles, paid programs, and performance measurement.
  • Experience supporting multi-brand or portfolio marketing organizations.
  • Strong cross-functional experience, coordinating across multiple stakeholders and parallel workstreams.

You may have other skills or credentials, including:
  • Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Semrush.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn multi-source data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered search engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini) and AEO concepts a plus.
  • Fluency using AI tools to improve productivity and analytical workflows.

Our targeted starting base salary in the United States for this position ranges from $75,000 - $85,000 USD. To determine a new team member's starting pay, we consider a variety of factors, including someone's depth, breadth, and variety of experience, skills, and responsibilities. Depending on the role, team members may also be eligible to participate in additional compensation plans such as bonus and commission.
