The mission of the Digital Product Management Department is to identify, evaluate, and deliver product enhancements that drive customer and company value.

THE OPPORUTNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Digital Product Management team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for defining and delivering digital product solutions, across key departments in the business, to ensure world-class experiences in every customer interaction. In this role, you will deliver solutions while leveraging agile methodologies and fostering an exciting, unified, and high-performing work environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners in Digital Design, Technology, Analytics, User Research, A/B Optimization, and more to deliver customer and company value across our sales channels (including app). THE ROLE

As the Digital Product Manager, you will:

  • Establish the digital product strategy and roadmap in line with our corporate objectives
  • Understand and identify product opportunities
  • Own and plan the work, ensuring it happens at the right time and in the right order
  • Specify the scope of the priorities in the roadmap
  • Proactively monitor and optimize digital product outcomes and performance against key results
  • Ensure the seamless day-to-day management of the digital product lifecycle
  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Digital Product Manager has:

  • Proven and best-in-class skills, applicable certifications, education and/or experience in:
    • eCommerce and/or iOS and Android app development
    • Working with digital teams (i.e. User Experience, Technology, Data & Analytics)
  • A commitment to continuous learning and development, inspiring growth in oneself and others 
  • A deep understanding and commitment to the industry, staying informed about best practices and trends in both tech and retail, with a focus on app
  • A commitment to learn, apply, champion and enrich Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
  • The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team
  • A dedication to quality and investing in results and new business opportunities that add value

THE COMPENSATION  

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
