THE TEAM

The mission of the Digital Product Management Department is to identify, evaluate, and deliver product enhancements that drive customer and company value.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for defining and delivering digital product solutions, across key departments in the business, to ensure world-class experiences in every customer interaction. In this role, you will deliver solutions while leveraging agile methodologies and fostering an exciting, unified, and high-performing work environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners in Digital Design, Technology, Analytics, User Research, A/B Optimization, and more to deliver customer and company value across our sales channels (including app). THE ROLE

As the Digital Product Manager, you will:

• Establish the digital product strategy and roadmap in line with our corporate objectives
• Understand and identify product opportunities
• Own and plan the work, ensuring it happens at the right time and in the right order
• Specify the scope of the priorities in the roadmap
• Proactively monitor and optimize digital product outcomes and performance against key results
• Ensure the seamless day-to-day management of the digital product lifecycle
• Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Digital Product Manager has:

• Proven and best-in-class skills, applicable certifications, education and/or experience in:
  • eCommerce and/or iOS and Android app development
  • Working with digital teams (i.e. User Experience, Technology, Data & Analytics)
• A commitment to continuous learning and development, inspiring growth in oneself and others 
• A deep understanding and commitment to the industry, staying informed about best practices and trends in both tech and retail, with a focus on app
• A commitment to learn, apply, champion and enrich Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
• The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team
• A dedication to quality and investing in results and new business opportunities that add value

THE COMPENSATION  

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
