Takt is seeking a Digital Campaign Manager who can execute multichannel campaigns, make data-driven decisions, and harness audience insights to optimize performance. The successful candidate will possess 4+ years of demonstrated digital campaign management experience (experience with traditional channels is a plus).

We’re looking for someone with strong expertise in paid media execution, across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Pinterest, who’s eager to expand their holistic marketing skillset. This role blends deep paid media experience with practical strength in SEO, analytics, and cross-channel execution.

If you have a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of digital advertising best practices, and a proven ability to drive results through integrated campaigns, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

Takt is hiring a Marketing Campaign Manager to own the day-to-day management of our digital performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Reddit, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. You’ll work alongside our strategy, creative, and development leads to bring integrated campaigns to life,  from audience definition and campaign management to reporting and optimization.

This role is both strategic and hands-on. You’ll manage campaign builds, monitor performance, and translate data into meaningful recommendations that drive growth for our partners. You should be fluent in the major ad platforms, comfortable navigating GA4, and confident identifying and troubleshooting issues related to conversion tracking or pixel setup in collaboration with our developers.

The ideal candidate is both a technical practitioner and a strategic thinker — someone who can test, analyze, and refine performance across multiple channels while proactively contributing insights that inform broader marketing direction.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and optimize campaigns on a daily and weekly basis, identifying performance trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Plan, build, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Reddit, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, including keyword strategy, audience segmentation, creative testing, and performance optimization.
  • Report on campaign performance, translating data into insights and client-facing recommendations for continuous optimization. This role requires interfacing with executive-level clients, so being comfortable communicating key insights to highly sophisticated stakeholders is a must.
  • Lead campaign setup and management, including Google keyword research, audience targeting, bid strategies, and ad creative optimization.
  • Manage email marketing automation campaigns, ensuring proper segmentation, personalization, and engagement tracking.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that align with campaign objectives.
  • Support with setting up, tracking and analyzing performance metrics using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform-specific conversion tracking mechanisms.
  • Plan and manage media budgets - ranging from modest to robust - ensuring thoughtful, optimal allocation across channels to maximize ROI.
  • Build and refine retargeting and lookalike audiences to nurture prospects and improve conversion efficiency.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in digital advertising and campaign strategy (agency experience preferred).
  • Proven expertise in:
    • Search and Display Advertising:Google Ads, app store optimization, etc.
    • Social Media Advertising: Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc..
    • Email Marketing/CRM/Automation Platforms: Mailchimp, Hubspot, Klaviyo, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel campaign budgets and optimizing spend for maximum impact.
  • Ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights and optimization strategies.
  • Strong understanding of conversion optimization, landing page best practices, and remarketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards.
  • A proactive and analytical mindset—someone who loves testing, iterating, and refining campaigns to improve results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to clients and internal teams.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, developers, and strategists to cohesively bring campaigns to life.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, including technical, on-page, and content-driven SEO strategies.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in TikTok Ads and other emerging digital ad platforms.
  • Experience with traditional media campaign planning (out-of-home, radio, etc.)
  • Familiarity with GA4 and advanced analytics tracking.
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks for ads and landing pages.

Compensation

$68,000 - $80,000 annually (based on experience).
