Demand Marketing Specialist - 12 month contract

Supports demand marketing strategy and execution through campaign planning, webinar project management, email nurture creation, campaign asset development, stakeholder communication, and performance analysis. The role monitors marketing metrics, optimizes programs to generate qualified sales leads, researches opportunities such as events and sponsorships, and collaborates with sales and marketing teams in a remote environment.
Our client, a reputable software company, is expanding its business and looking for an experienced Demand Marketing Specialist with strong organization, management and problem-solving skills. The role is remote and may require occasional visits to HQ in North York.
Your experience you bring will include:
- 2-4 years in B2B Marketing; ideally field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation
- Experience using and developing emails and email nurtures through Marketing Automation Platforms like Marketo
- A self-starter that can work independently or as part of a matrixed marketing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities/projects and consistently meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, and demonstrable experience synthesizing data and making strategic decisions using various inputs.
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to effectively share ideas and lead discussions with a wide variety of audiences
Your responsibilities will include:
Working within the Marketing team, the Demand Center enables driving consistent, repeatable, and scalable demand marketing that align to our global GTM strategy.
- Support the Demand Center Leaders in their teams’ development and execution of strategic and tactical marketing plans, programs, and campaigns, including communicating program details and results to stakeholders.
- Creation of campaign assets and management of internal campaign resource centres with a focus on operationaliation and project managing webinars
- Creation and Management of Email Nurture streams to support the GTM activities
- Work closely with stakeholders in sales and marketing to ensure campaigns effectively support sales objectives and are properly executed.
- Monitor campaign metrics, creating tactics to ensure the constant delivery of qualified sales leads for ongoing pipeline creation and program optimization.
- Research and identify future potential marketing opportunities, such as events, sponsorships, and technology.
- All other responsibilities as assigned by reporting manager or sr. marketing leadership.
