The Enablement Strategist plays a critical role in developing sales acumen and accelerating revenue growth through impactful training, coaching, and strategic programs. The role partners closely with sales leadership to align field enablement with company strategy and goals.
We’re looking for a true business partner, to work alongside our Senior Sales Leaders in EMEA to help build and scale our global sales strategy, specifically our onboarding programme. We need you to help leaders to reduce onboarding time and improve output. This is an EMEA wide role, so while based in Barcelona you will be regularly traveling.

Position Expectations/Role Responsibilities/What you’ll do- Build and maintain strong relationships with sales leaders to align enablement with business goals
- Partner with AVPs and Regional Leaders to design enablement plans based on metrics, leadership focus, and seller feedback
- Facilitate alignment meetings with RVPs to define, prioritize, and document strategic "big rocks."
- Partner with the Field Delivery team to ensure impactful experiences through workshops, coaching, and facilitation
- Use Kirkpatrick Levels (L1–L4) to assess participant feedback, knowledge, behavior, and impact
- Align enablement goals with Bloom’s Taxonomy to ensure comprehensive learning outcomes
- Own your quarterly Enablement Business Plan aligned with FY26 goals, CRO priorities, FET charter, and personal growth
- Research and recommend new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance enablement effectiveness.
- 2+ years enablement experience in a tech company
- 5+ years in a quota-carrying or field-facing sales role
- Strategic planning in high-growth environment and execution capability
- Experience in Enterprise Software sales, utilising partners, professional services and a wide eco-system through the entire deal cycle
- Familiarity with MEDDIC or similar qualification methodology
- SPIN, Command of the Message, or other value-based frameworks
- Strong project management and data-driven mindset
