The Opportunity
As part of the Delivery Excellence Tech Enablement team you will support the end-to-end technical delivery of your team's outcomes while driving architectural decisions and promoting alignment with platform-wide direction. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain exceptional standards while building meaningful client connections and navigating increasingly complex situations. This role offers the chance to grow your technical knowledge, deepen your understanding of the business context, and contribute to a dynamic, empowered team.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least three years of experience in software engineering
- In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, demonstrating three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college, in addition to the three years of experience required.
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree preferred
- Leading technical delivery for product or feature teams
- Proficiency in modern web and backend technologies
- Designing and delivering end-to-end software solutions
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and devops practices

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
