We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Specialist, Deal Desk. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex, nonstandard deals, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and ensuring the proper execution of deal structures. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth while safeguarding contractual compliance and mitigating risks. This role reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Deal Desk.
What you'll do:

  • Accountable for continuous review of deal progression and partnering cross-functionally to ensure optimal deal cycle times and flawless execution in the Closed Won process

  • Lead the contract drafting process, generating draft documents and working with Legal and Finance to help account teams respond to customer feedback, including managing ‘redline’ changes leading up to customer acceptance

  • Ensure efficient execution of deals through standard workflow process on an ongoing basis

  • Anticipate and align with account teams to support business needs on a quarterly and annual basis

  • Maintain software and processes to manage the Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) workflow and other contract management tools

  • Review proposed sales and professional services quotes, provide feedback, ensure compliance with published sales and business policies, and route approval or escalate quotes as needed based on policy and business judgment

  • Partner cross-functionally and serve as key liaison & escalation point for sales, customer adoption, customer success, and other deal related topics

  • Manage any required sales contract amendments and addendums, including Renewals, Franchise agreements, and Mergers & Acquisitions

  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the Deal Desk function.

  • Manage the end of month audit of SFDC CPQ quotes and opportunities to ensure proper booking treatment.

What you'll need:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in similar role (e.g., Deal Desk, Order Management, Sales Ops) within a SaaS company, required

  • Experience with Salesforce, DocuSign, CPQ/CLM software, required

  • Proficiency in Google Suite/Microsoft Office, required

  • BS/BA in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, recommended

  • ASC 606 knowledge, preferred

  • Strong understanding of the Tech Industry, Deal Desk, Finance, Sales Operations

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Ability to operate independently as well as part of a team

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in Canada is between $64,600 CAD - $97,000 CAD. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
