About the role
We’re looking for a Data Analyst, Marketing who can help us deliver value for the business by leveraging data to drive campaign strategies.
Reporting to the Director, Broker Experience & Digital Marketing, you will play a key role within the Broker Marketing & Communications team for Canada’s leading property and casualty insurer. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights, are critical for your success. - Analyze business and marketing data to extract valuable insights and trends, contributing to data-driven decision-making' provide actionable recommendations to help enhance brokers engagement
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and optimize customer data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track marketing performance and ROI
- Implement and oversee CRM processes, including data entry, workflow automation, and user training
- Work closely with IT and other relevant departments to integrate CRM with other business systems
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics and CRM administration
Qualifications:
- A university degree in marketing, business, maths, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing or data analysis, with a focus on CRM administration
- Must be detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, SharePoint or similar tools
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and practices, Microsoft Office Suite, and analytics platforms (Sales Force, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and Power BI)
- Must be at ease working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities
- Top-notch interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Experience in P&C insurance and B2B marketing are strong assets
- For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country
