The Crown Is Yours
As a Customer Trading Analyst, you'll immerse yourself in a fast-paced environment, analyzing customer data and monitoring performance metrics to drive impactful decisions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Trading team, tracking real-time betting activity and identifying trends to ensure precision and agility. By building detailed customer profiles with advanced tools, you'll play a key role in optimizing strategies and enhancing our competitive edge.
What You'll Do

• Conduct in-depth analysis of customers, examining daily, weekly, and monthly reports to identify notable trends and behaviors.
• Monitor bets in real-time and collaborate closely with the trading team for swift decision-making.
• Resolve customer inquiries and limits-related issues via email and Zendesk support.
• Escalate outstanding cases and significant trends to senior team members for further action.
• Monitor hourly performance metrics, promptly identifying top performers while upholding quality standards.
• Create comprehensive customer profiles by utilizing both internal and external tools, considering multiple aspects of customer behavior and activity.
• Provide crucial support to sports traders, supplying real-time insights to enhance their decision-making processes in the dynamic betting and trading landscape.

What You'll Bring

• Adaptability to work varied shifts in alignment with the dynamic demands of the role.
• Proficiency in English (C1/C2), ensuring clear and effective communication.
• In-depth understanding of sports betting and comprehensive knowledge of the global sports calendar.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, with an ability to conduct precise data analysis and create insightful reporting.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills, enabling the seamless relay of critical business information.
• Previous experience in a similar role is considered a plus.
