Position Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven Customer Support Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, this role supports the seamless delivery of services to our member and supplier partners. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring a positive customer experience while supporting key operational processes.

This is an onsite position based in our London, Ontario office. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for member and supplier support inquiries, providing timely, professional, and solution focused services.
  • Process invoicing, payments, and rebates with a high degree of accuracy and attention to deadlines.
  • Preform reconciliations, prepare reports, and compete ad-hoc invoice entries as required.
  • Support reporting requirements and contribute to special projects and process initiatives.
  • Assist with light administrative duties to support smooth office operations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve support workflows and enhance the overall customer experience.

  • Purchase to Pay Knowledge: You have a solid understanding of invoice and payment workflows within a business environment, including how transactions move from purchase through to reconciliation.
  • Organizational Strength: You effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a structured, process-driven setting.
  • Continuous Improvement Mentality: You look for opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance the overall support experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer support, service, or operations role, ideally within a buying group, supply chain, or finance-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, including experience with journal entries and reconciliation processes.
  • Experience working within Purchase-to-Pay workflows in a business setting.
  • Proficiency with financial software (e.g. Sage, QuickBooks or similar systems) and advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and CRM platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and meet established deadlines.

Compensation

Salary Range: $50,000 to $55,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
