Our Customer Success Team is looking for a Customer Success Manager for Canada to join the team!

Responsibilities include:
- Onboarding new customers
- Nurturing existing customers
- Providing personalised support and guidance to customers
- Proactively engaging with customers to understand their objectives and challenges
Essential Criteria:
- A background selling in biotech or at least 6 months' experience using the SciLeads platform
- Familiarity with sales training methodologies such as the Sandler methodology
- Enjoys interacting with customers on a regular basis mainly via video calls
- A passion for customer success and a dedication to delivering outstanding service
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
