Our Customer Success Team is looking for a Customer Success Manager for Canada to join the team!

Responsibilities include: 

• Onboarding new customers 
• Nurturing existing customers 
• Providing personalised support and guidance to customers 
• Proactively engaging with customers to understand their objectives and challenges

Essential Criteria: 

• A background selling in biotech or at least 6 months' experience using the SciLeads platform 
• Familiarity with sales training methodologies such as the Sandler methodology 
• Enjoys interacting with customers on a regular basis mainly via video calls
• A passion for customer success and a dedication to delivering outstanding service
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
