Duties & Responsibilities:
Configure STEMSOFT products to align with customer-driven technical specifications and requirements
Ensure that configuration user stories meet the acceptance criteria as per the agile configuration process
Collaborate with teammates (internally and externally) to enhance knowledge sharing and drive collective problem-solving
Assist team members (internally and externally) by providing technical guidance and support, contributing to team efficacy and efficiency
Contribute to the success of the team by being an active participant in team meetings and offering a solution-oriented problem solving approach
Knowledge & Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in technical implementation or basic software development
Demonstrated ability to configure technical products to meet specific customer needs
Takes a collaborative approach to problem-solving and has the ability to think critically alongside the capacity and ability to handle standard technical issues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer-centric mindset

The annual base salary for this job ranges from:
$58,500.00 - $79,100.00STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
