The Customer & Sales Analyst maintains sales reports and analyzes customer trends, assisting with reporting for multiple departments and ensuring sales performance is tracked accurately.

Core hours: Monday to Friday from 8am – 4:30pm PST
Hybrid Role: We value collaboration, both in-person and remotely. This position is classified as Hybrid under our Hybrid Work Program Policy, where this position is required to be onsite 1 day per week.
Role Summary

The focus of these reports includes, but is not limited to, analysis of sales trends by product, Customer, and territory, specifically, product returns, annual Customer Satisfaction Survey, and sales incentive programs. You will also be assisting the team in running and developing sales and Customer reporting for multiple departments. In this role, you will report directly to the Customer & Sales Analyst Lead.

Responsibilities
- Generation of sales reports to assist the sales team with sales forecasting and Customer Sales Incentive Programs
- Create Promotion Buy-in Percentage gap lists
- Assist with the creation of meaningful reports to highlight trends in Customer spending and product trends
- Update monthly and quarterly item trend reports
- Create summary reports of the Annual Survey results for individual salesperson as well as specific reports for each department
- Create a report that identifies and aggregates dissatisfied Customer comments so that the Sales team can follow up with these Customers directly
- Assist with ad-hoc reporting required by all departments within the company
- Update daily and weekly reports on sales trends, customer details, and promotions
Qualifications
- Excel Report Creation & Generation – minimum 2 years (including but not limited to Power Query & intermediate formulas)
- Customer Service and Problem Resolution experience – minimum 1 year
- Customer Relationship Management software experience preferred
- Previous experience in role(s) supporting Outside Sales, Inside Sales and/or Marketing is an asset
- Esthetic, Retail or Health & Wellness industry experience an asset
- Accounting experience is an asset
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, critical thinking, and multi-tasking skills
- Klipfolio experience is an asset
- Salesforce CRM is an asset
- ESRI ArcGIS experience is an asset
