Manage pricing administration in ERP, support customer inquiries, and collaborate with teams for reporting and issue resolution. Handle product return and shipment errors, and assist with distributor warranty reports.
Fluidra is looking for a Customer For Life Pricing Admin to join our team in Carlsbad, CA.
WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Responsible for daily administration of pricing into Fluidra’s ERP system, obtaining necessary approvals, and responding to internal team inquiries. Work closely with leadership on yearly price increases. Collaborate with leadership with regards to team reporting including distributor warranties, call statistics and product availability. Responsible for providing customer support to distributors and dealers for various inquiries, including tracking orders, shipment error resolution, and general product inquiries. Additionally, you will:
- Administer pricing updates and end dating obsolete products in ERP system.
- Communicate with entire CX team when items are removed from price lists.
- Support Sales Operations team with updating incentives-based price lists.
- Identify pricing issues, and work with CFL team to resolve.
- Works closely with customer and IT to resolve backend EDI transmission failures.
- Update weekly and monthly call statistics reports and provide to CX leaders.
- Attend daily production meetings to track and communicate potential products delays to the Field and CFL teams.
- Process the monthly Distributor Warranty report to communicate monthly spend to team.
- Provide customer service via email and over the telephone.
- Partner with Sales Managers to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Work with customers to resolve shipment errors, including product shortages and overages.
- Assist CFL team with resolving customer product returns, including overstock and freight damages claims.
- Function as a back-up CFL Advocate for other regions when necessary.
- All other duties as assigned.
WHAT WE SEEK
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multi-task.
- Must take direction well, and follow instructions carefully, but also must be comfortable using common sense and personal judgment to help determine the validity of a customer claims.
- Good written and pleasant verbal communication skills
- Must have advanced Excel skills, frequent use of pivot tables, vlookups, and other complex formulas.
- Must have 5 years experience delivering customer service with a positive attitude and cheerful disposition.
- Must be able to type 50 WPM.
EDUCATION
High school education or equivalent.

Expected hourly range is $23.00 - $26.00.
