Drive install-base revenue growth by executing targeted expansion and renewal campaigns that increase adoption and recurring bookings. This role partners with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to translate lifecycle strategy into day-to-day outreach, opportunity creation, and follow-through across assigned accounts-supporting the shift from one-off, transactional upsells to disciplined, LAER-aligned growth activity. The focus is execution: running approved plays, maintaining pipeline and opportunity hygiene, and tracking performance to improve results. Success is measured by campaign execution quality, expansion pipeline created, closed-won bookings, and adherence to defined growth and renewal processes.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Execute approved install-base expansion and renewal campaigns aligned to lifecycle strategy and portfolio priorities
  • Manage assigned account lists; perform outreach, create opportunities, and drive next steps through completion
  • Generate Sales Opportunities and related quotes/proposals and follow through to close
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to support messaging, enablement, and campaign timing
  • Apply defined playbooks and execution frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality customer engagement
  • Structure and progress opportunities in Salesforce/CPQ; maintain product configuration accuracy and renewal alignment
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene, forecasting inputs, and documentation to enable accurate reporting and governance
  • Identify adoption gaps, usage growth, and scope expansion opportunities to support renewal-led growth motions
  • Use dashboards and reporting tools to track pipeline, campaign performance, and outcomes; communicate progress and risks
  • Analyze results to surface trends and execution gaps; provide feedback to improve plays, tools, and campaign effectiveness

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience supporting subscription/recurring-revenue growth, including renewals and expansion motions
  • Experience executing campaigns tied to renewal timing, product milestones, or adoption thresholds
  • Familiarity with install-base expansion approaches (adoption-led, scope/volume/usage growth, and add-on capabilities)
  • Proficiency with CRM, Analysis and quote-to-cash tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Excel and Oracle CPQ) and strong opportunity hygiene
  • Proven solid analytical skills; able to use dashboards and reporting to monitor performance and prioritize actions
  • Proven excellent written and verbal communication; able to collaborate and influence across functions
  • Proven to be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities with accuracy and urgency

Preferred Qualification:
  • Knowledge of Healthcare IT, particularly medical imaging and the Enterprise Imaging solution landscape

Canada Residents Only: The salary range for Canada residents is $66,200 to $137,400 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
