The Role

We’re looking for a Customer Education Manager to own how customers learn Event Temple.

You’ll own the customer learning experience end-to-end: understanding what customers need to learn, deciding how they should learn it, building the education, and measuring whether it works.

The goal is simple: help customers learn faster, become self-sufficient, and get more value from Event Temple.

You’ll own Event Temple University, courses, videos, the knowledge base, learning paths, certifications, and other customer training.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and improve Event Temple University.
  • Build courses, concise instructional videos, guides, learning paths, certifications, and other learning content.
  • Identify where customers struggle and determine how best to teach them.
  • Turn complex product workflows into simple, effective learning experiences.
  • Keep all customer education accurate and up to date as the product evolves.
  • Work with Product, Customer Success, and Support to understand customer needs.
  • Build a scalable education program that works across thousands of customers.
  • Create the structure, templates, and workflows needed to keep education consistent and easy to update as the product evolves.
  • Use AI to create and scale on-brand learning materials that meet customer needs.
  • Create simple in-app guidance and automated email reminders to deliver education content at the right moment in the customer journey.
  • Measure whether customers are engaging, learning, becoming certified, and becoming more self-sufficient.
  • Use data and customer feedback to continuously improve the program.
  • Prioritize the highest-impact education opportunities and move quickly.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience creating videos and digital training at scale, along with courses, supporting documentation, and other learning content.
  • Experience owning customer education, training, enablement, or a similar program.
  • Strong understanding of how people learn software.
  • Excellent ability to turn complex topics into clear, practical learning.
  • Experience with an LMS, knowledge base, or learning platform.
  • Proven ability to create a scalable education system, including structure, templates, and workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI to create on-brand learning material that meets customers’ needs.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Comfortable using data to measure and improve results.
  • SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Background in hotel sales and/or events is a plus.
How You’ll Be Successful

You’ll build a customer education program that:

  • Teaches customers quickly.
  • Helps them become self-sufficient.
  • Keeps them learning as Event Temple evolves and proves it with data.

You’ll have significant ownership and autonomy. We’re looking for someone who can figure things out, focus on what will have the biggest impact, and execute quickly.

Benefits

  • Friendly co-workers.
  • Work From Home/Remote.
  • Health and dental benefits.
  • Casual dress code.
  • Competitive compensation.
  • Building a company and being a part of a success story
  • The opportunity to have a meaningful impact on a growing product.

Salary range: $80,000–$100,000 CAD (the final range will be defined based on the experience and skills required for the position).
