We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time CRM Marketing Coordinator to join our More Rewards  team in Langley, BC.  

Reporting to the Manager, CRM, you will be responsible for optimizing the e-mail marketing campaign strategy and output.  In this role, you will execute digital marketing initiatives aimed at driving sales growth and customer acquisition across digital channels. 

You will be responsible for:

  • Creating customer journeys, workflows, and automated processes for email campaigns. 
  • Collaborating with various internal stakeholders to collate resources and create marketing content strategy. 
  • Assisting in the conceptualization of e-mail marketing campaigns by deciding on specific target segments, optimizing content, and spending across various channels. 
  • Developing email personalization and dynamic content strategies. 
  • Managing the end-to-end process for executing email campaigns (Build, QA, target, deploy) and identify areas of improvement. 
  • Ensuring proper tagging and tracking has been included in each email. 
  • Running A/B testing strategy to continuously improve campaign performance.   
  • Analyzing campaign performance data to improve effectiveness of ongoing e-mail campaigns and provide reports to management team.  
  • Driving improvement based on best practices and trends with respect to marketing automation, personalization, and campaign management. 
  • Other digital marketing duties as required.  

You have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in an e-mail marketing and automation role within the retail or B2C environment. 
  • A bachelor’s in marketing, advertising, or related field or equivalent experience is preferred.  
  • Previous experience owning email campaigns from start to full flight.
  • Experience with enterprise-level email service providers such as Bloomreach, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Journey Optimizer/Adobe Experience Cloud.

  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage client expectations in a fast-paced environment.  
  • A team player with a positive attitude. 
  • Passionate about using and analyzing data to drive campaign execution and optimization.  
  • A self-starter with the willingness to learn and take on new tasks. 
  • Able to communicate ideas and collaborate with a diverse team.

Compensation Details:

$58,720.00 - $73,400.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
