Manage provider credentialing and payer enrollment caseloads: collect and verify provider documents, run primary source verifications, submit and track payer applications, maintain credentialing status, and monitor license expirations and re-credentialing deadlines.
Company Overview: Accel Health is a SaaS platform that automates physician credentialing and payer enrollment. We handle primary source verification, enrollment, and compliance monitoring so healthcare organizations get providers credentialed and paid faster—without the spreadsheets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of providers moving through credentialing and payer enrollment.
- Collect provider documents and confirm core details: board certification, state licenses, DEA/NPI, education and work history, and malpractice coverage.
- Run and monitor primary source verification (state boards, DEA, NPI, NPDB, medical schools) and resolve discrepancies.
- Submit and track payer enrollment applications (CAQH, PECOS).
- Follow up with providers, boards, and payers on missing items.
- Keep credentialing status current in our system.
- Monitor license expirations and re-credentialing deadlines.
Ideal Candidate:
- Credentialing, payer enrollment, or provider services experience is a plus, but not required.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized; able to manage a pipeline independently.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Quick to pick up new software.
- Self-motivated and reliable.
Compensation & Terms:
- Contract, 40 hours/week, U.S. business hours (9am–5pm EST required).
