How will you create an impact?

As a Creative Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing creative strategies that deliver exceptional results across multiple channels. Your responsibilities will include:


Creative Production & Strategy:

-Lead the ideation, design, and execution of graphic and video content tailored for social media, email, and other digital platforms.

-Develop creative assets that align with our Play to Win philosophy, focusing on driving engagement, conversions, and ROAS.

-Maintain a high standard of quality and originality, ensuring all outputs resonate with diverse audiences and meet brand guidelines.

Performance Optimization:

-Leverage your Growth Mindset to analyze creative performance data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

-Regularly review key metrics like ROAS, engagement rates, and conversion data to refine strategies and maximize impact.

-Use insights from testing and analytics to inform future creative iterations and long-term planning.

A/B Testing & Experimentation:

-Design, execute, and manage A/B tests to identify high-performing creative variations across different audience segments and platforms.

-Foster a culture of experimentation by sharing findings and encouraging cross-functional teams to test new approaches.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

-Actively Foster Collaboration by working closely with marketing, growth, and analytics teams to align creative strategies with overarching campaign goals.

-Build strong relationships with external vendors, freelancers, and production teams to scale creative output without compromising quality.

-Communicate performance insights and creative strategies effectively to stakeholders, driving alignment across teams.

Innovation & Continuous Learning:

-Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies, ensuring our creative efforts remain competitive and cutting-edge.

-Champion a Growth Mindset within the team, encouraging ongoing learning and development in creative tools, techniques, and strategies.


What you should have?

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a mix of creative expertise, data-driven decision-making, and collaborative leadership. Core skills and competencies include:


Technical Skills:

-Demonstrated experience managing graphic design and video production projects.

-Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar platforms.

-Strong understanding of ROAS metrics and the ability to develop creatives that drive measurable outcomes.

Analytical Expertise:

-Expertise in A/B testing and performance optimization, with a proven ability to derive actionable insights from data.

-Experience in interpreting performance metrics and using them to inform creative strategies.

Project Management:

-Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver on tight deadlines.

-Experience with budget management, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently while maintaining quality.

Interpersonal & Leadership Skills:

-A collaborative mindset that fosters strong partnerships across teams and external stakeholders.

-Exceptional communication skills to present creative concepts and performance results effectively.
