This role manages health and welfare plans for active and retiree populations, overseeing vendor relationships and ensuring optimal employee experience across U.S. and Canada. It requires collaboration with internal management for plan design and effective communication.

About Us

We’re not here to blend in. We’re here to bend the rules, rewrite the playbook, and build a B2B brand that doesn’t act—or sound—like any other. Our product is category-defining. Our voice doesn’t follow the market—it moves it.

We’re assembling a global, in-house Brand & Creative team built for velocity, experimentation, and cultural impact. Now, we’re looking for a Creative Copywriter & Associate Creative Strategist who can shape our story—and steer our brand into IPO territory.

The Role

This is a hybrid role for someone who can craft lines that punch and shape ideas that land. You’ll be an integral creative partner across campaigns, content, and brand platforms—equal parts wordsmith, thinker, and cultural antenna.

You’ll write everything from conceptual campaign copy to top-of-funnel brand messaging, product narratives, headlines, film scripts, and investor-level positioning. But you’ll also help drive the thinking behind the work—bringing smart strategic insights and sharp creative POVs that make everything we do smarter, faster, and more memorable.

You’ll help architect a brand voice that becomes iconic. Not someday. Now.

What You’ll Do

  • Own copy and concepting across brand campaigns, launch moments, ads, social, video, web, experiential, and investor materials.
  • Support creative strategy: Work with strategists, marketers, and creative leadership to develop ideas and frameworks that tie brand to business.
  • Help evolve and protect our brand voice, making sure it shows up consistently across markets and mediums—and never sounds like “just another B2B company.”
  • Translate abstract ideas into powerful creative that turns heads, wins hearts, and moves metrics.
  • Pitch big ideas and collaborate across design, product marketing, growth, and executive teams to bring them to life.
  • Write for awareness, conversion, perception, and valuation. You’ll touch everything from paid campaigns to pre-IPO storytelling.
  • Stay plugged into culture, tech, media, and design—bringing fresh thinking to a brand that’s allergic to stale.

Who You Are

  • A killer writer—but more than that, a thinker. You can write sharp headlines and strategic narratives with equal confidence.
  • 6–10 years of experience in copywriting, brand storytelling, or creative strategy. Agency, in-house, or hybrid backgrounds all welcome.
  • Strategically curious. You care about why a message works, not just how it sounds.
  • Multilingual in tone. You can go bold, technical, emotional, or concise depending on audience and context.
  • Confident writing for multiple audiences: technical practitioners, business buyers, partners, and analysts.
  • Familiar with key cybersecurity concepts: threat intelligence, SOC workflows, risk frameworks, cloud security, encryption, etc.
  • Fluent in the nuance between credibility and creativity—you know how to walk the line.
  • Comfortable crafting narratives that move from TOFU awareness to IPO storytelling.
  • Obsessed with differentiation. You live to zig where others zag.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and velocity. You can move fast without losing your edge.
  • You want to help build a brand that changes the perception of an entire category.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have written or concepted for brand campaigns, launch moments, or IPO-stage comms
  • Have a portfolio with work that makes people say “Wait…that’s B2B?”
  • Understand how top-of-funnel marketing and copywriting work together to build awareness and demand
  • Know how to write for multiple vehicles and channels: short-form, long-form, paid, earned, owned, and whispered in the ear of investors
  • Have experience positioning cybersecurity products within broader market narratives.
  • Know what makes a CISO raise an eyebrow—and what makes them buy.
  • Have worked alongside or within investor relations, thought leadership, or category creation efforts.

Why This Role Matters

Words shape perception. Perception drives valuation. Your ideas and writing will play a direct role in how the world sees us—and how fast we grow. This isn’t a “make it pretty” kind of writing role. It’s a make it impossible to ignore kind of role.

Perks & Benefits

  • Competitive salary + pre-IPO equity
  • Flexible work setup (remote, hybrid, or in our design-forward HQ)
  • Full health, vision, and dental
  • A brand team built for ambition, not approval loops
  • The opportunity to shape one of the most distinctive voices in tech

If you’re ready to shape the most influential B2B brand of its generation—let’s talk.
