Provides phone and email support to small business clients, resolving issues, explaining industry-related processes, and delivering clear, friendly guidance. Handles 40+ daily calls, maintains quality and customer satisfaction standards, supports other service teams, communicates proactively, and works independently in a fully online environment.
Overview
Are you the kind of person who loves helping others and secretly enjoys being the smartest one on the call? Maybe you're the go-to in the group who knows how to fix everyone's tech problems, explain taxes without crying, and still stays chill under pressure? As a Corporate Support Rep at Corporate Tools, you'll be the friendly guide behind the screen, helping small business owners navigate the grown-up stuff with ease and a little bit of style. You'll answer calls and emails (no scripts; just real talk), solve problems like a business-savvy Sherlock Holmes, and keep things smooth, friendly, and way less stressful than your average customer service gig. Every day, you'll turn "Wait, what do I do?" into "Wow, that was easy", making people feel supported, capable, and kind of like superheroes for handling business like pros. You'll make a real impact every day, turn chaos into clarity, and yes, probably become someone's favorite customer service experience ever.

Why Work Here
You like talking to people and helping them. You get satisfaction when someone really needs help and you made their day better. You find fun ways to interact with people. What we do can be redundant if you don't have the right mind set. Our clients are unique. You might answer the same question 50 times in one day, but the circumstances are different for every person we interact with. They might be a one person show, about to leave their job and start a business. They could be a law firm going on vacation and need help for their clients. Or the person you're talking to could be a Fortune 500 CEO who counts on you to keep their massive corporate structure alive, active and maintained. You also like working with fun, good people. You like working for a company where what you do all day actually matters.
