We’re looking for a Corporate Accounting Manager to join Orion’s Finance team and play a key role in executing the monthly close and financial reporting processes.

This role will focus on hands-on accounting execution, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting support. The position is ideal for a technically strong CPA who enjoys working closely with financial data while building expertise in a complex public-company environment.

You’ll work closely with senior accounting leadership to support financial reporting, strengthen accounting processes, and ensure accurate and timely financial information across the organization.

What You’ll Do
  • Prepare and review journal entries supporting the monthly and quarterly close processes.
  • Perform and maintain balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring appropriate documentation and resolution of reconciling items.
  • Support preparation of financial reporting packages and supporting schedules for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
  • Assist with consolidation processes across multiple entities.
  • Support accounting for complex areas including loans, financial instruments, leases, and accruals.
  • Prepare audit schedules and respond to external auditor requests during audit cycles.
  • Assist in documenting accounting processes and strengthening internal control documentation.
  • Support financial analysis and variance investigations as part of the reporting process.
  • Partner with FP&A and operational teams to ensure accounting results reflect underlying business activity.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within NetSuite and financial reporting processes.
What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of accounting experience.
  • Public practice (Big 4 or mid-tier) experience preferred.
  • Experience working with IFRS financial reporting.
  • Strong Excel proficiency and experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
