This is a fully in-office position. Remote work is not available for this role.


We’ll provide training to help you succeed in this pivotal role supporting commercial real estate operations across Canada. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

What you'll do:

  • Completing monthly bank reconciliations for trust accounts across five Canadian offices, ensuring compliance with provincial real estate board regulations
  • Maintaining bank account registers and ensuring accurate record-keeping across all locations
  • Collaborating with local Operations Managers to ensure precise data entry and documentation of real estate transactions
  • Learning and using Marcus & Millichap’s proprietary transaction management software to support agents throughout the life cycle of their deals
  • Providing ongoing administrative support to Operations and Regional Managers across Canada

What you’ll bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or conveyancing role (real estate industry experience preferred)
  • Intermediate to strong proficiency with Office365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (skills will be tested)
  • Proven experience completing complex bank reconciliations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and a knack for proofreading/editing
  • A quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to master new systems and technology
  • Professional, reliable, and punctual—someone who takes ownership of their role and thrives in a team environment
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset with a genuine desire to contribute to the team and grow professionally
