We are seeking a skilled and analytical Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for improving our website's conversion rates through data-driven strategies, A/B testing, and user experience enhancements. Your insights will play a critical role in driving user engagement, increasing conversion rates, and contributing to the overall success of our website and business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for optimization and implement changes that drive measurable results.

What you'll do:

  • Analyze website performance metrics and user behavior data to identify areas for improvement and web performance trends
  • Develop and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize landing pages, forms, and user flows
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance website usability and design for optimal conversion
  • Collaborate with developers to implement technical optimizations and ensure proper test execution
  • Create and maintain a testing roadmap that aligns with business goals and marketing strategies
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics (CJA), Crazy Egg, Looker Studio and other CRO software to gather insights, track performance, report and present findings
  • Monitor and report on the performance of conversion optimization initiatives, providing insights and recommendations
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices
  • Work with content creators to ensure messaging is aligned with conversion goals
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and assist in implementing changes

The experience you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Strong conversion copywriting skills
  • Proficiency in A/B testing tools (e.g., Crazy Egg, HotJar, Optimizely, VWO), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics (CJA)) and reporting platforms (e.g., Looker Studio)
  • Experience with UX/UI principles and best practices
  • Ability to manage a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong capabilities of planning and managing short-term and long-term projects
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Bonus points if you have: 

  • Knowledge of SEO and PPC strategies
  • Experience working in a B2B web marketing environment 
  • Experience with email marketing and automation tools
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and user experience
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG guidelines) to ensure optimized experiences are inclusive to all users
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript 
  • Experience with Tag Management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager)

Compensation
Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position ranges from 103,000-135,000 CAD annually + applicable bonus. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
