Role: Contracts Manager
Reports to: VP, Corporate Operations
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate, create, edit, and review vendor and client agreements (MSAs, SOWs, Insertion Orders, Releases, etc.)
- Ensure contracts are accurate, well maintained and filed
- Work with cross-discipline internal teams to communicate key contract terms and provide support, advice and guidance
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes
- Monitor client, vendor, and industry changes and responses to standard terms and conditions and recommend changes
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, law or related field
- 4-7 years of work experience in a contract management role, such as purchasing or contracting
- Experience in the professional services industry preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of legal terminology
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exemplify creative problem solving abilities
