Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Contract Recruiter to join our Technical (Engineering) Talent team for a remote six-month contract, with the possibility for contract extension. This role is pivotal in driving our talent acquisition strategy and ensuring we attract top-tier engineering talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client and organization management, with a keen understanding of the latest trends in engineering recruitment coupled with today’s fast paced environment in securing talent for key roles across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers. Understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions

  • Organization Management: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with the organization's goals and culture. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience

  • Engineering Recruitment: Focus on sourcing, screening, and selecting high-caliber engineering candidates for senior-level positions. Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to attract top engineering talent. Conduct technical interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the required technical skills and cultural fit

  • End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding. Ensure a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use data and analytics to drive recruitment decisions and improve processes. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management

  • Employer Branding: Enhance the company's employer brand through various channels, including social media, job fairs, and networking events. Promote the organization as an employer of choice

  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal requirements and best practices. Stay informed about changes in employment law and industry standards

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or similar role, with a majority that time focused on engineering recruitment

  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, including Workday as the primary ATS you have had experience with.

  • Strong client and organization management skills along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, but not required

Responsabilités

  • Gestion des clients : établir et entretenir des relations solides avec les parties prenantes internes et les responsables du recrutement. Comprendre leurs besoins et fournir des solutions de recrutement sur mesure

  • Gestion de l'organisation : élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de recrutement efficaces, en accord avec les objectifs et la culture de l'organisation. Garantir une expérience candidate fluide et positive

  • Recrutement d'ingénieurs : se concentrer sur la recherche, la présélection et la sélection de candidats ingénieurs de haut niveau pour des postes de direction. Utiliser des techniques de recherche innovantes, notamment les réseaux sociaux, les sites d'emploi et les événements de réseautage, afin d'attirer les meilleurs talents en ingénierie. Mener des entretiens techniques et des évaluations afin de s'assurer que les candidats possèdent les compétences techniques requises et correspondent à la culture de l'entreprise

  • Processus de recrutement de bout en bout : gérer l'ensemble du cycle de recrutement, de l'engagement initial des candidats à la négociation de l'offre et à l'intégration. Garantir un processus fluide et efficace tant pour les candidats que pour les responsables du recrutement

  • Décisions fondées sur les données : utiliser les données et les analyses pour orienter les décisions de recrutement et améliorer les processus. Fournir régulièrement des rapports et des informations à la direction

  • Image de marque de l'employeur : renforcer l'image de marque de l'entreprise en tant qu'employeur par le biais de divers canaux, notamment les réseaux sociaux, les salons de l'emploi et les événements de réseautage. Promouvoir l'organisation en tant qu'employeur de choix

  • Conformité et meilleures pratiques : Veiller à ce que toutes les activités de recrutement soient conformes aux exigences légales et aux meilleures pratiques. Se tenir informé des changements dans le droit du travail et les normes du secteur

Qualifications minimales

  • Plus de 5 ans d'expérience avérée en tant que recruteur senior ou dans un rôle similaire, dont la majeure partie consacrée au recrutement d'ingénieurs

  • Maîtrise des logiciels et outils de recrutement, notamment Workday, le principal ATS avec lequel vous avez déjà travaillé

  • Solides compétences en gestion des clients et des organisations, ainsi qu'excellentes aptitudes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles

  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et à gérer plusieurs priorités

  • Licence en ressources humaines, administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe préférée, mais non obligatoire
