Content Strategist

This is a content strategist role designed for a writer ready to take the next step. We’re looking for someone with a few years of experience creating content who now wants to expand into strategy — blending creativity with bigger-picture thinking, thriving on variety across industries, and connecting content execution directly to business outcomes. If you’ve built your foundation as a content writer and are eager to learn how to design and deliver content strategies, this could be your ideal next move.

Purpose
The Content Strategist supports planning and execution for a portfolio of Crisp clients, primarily in B2B industries. This role bridges marketing objectives with multi-channel content strategies — then brings those strategies to life through writing, visuals, and digital execution.

As both a creator and an emerging strategist, the Content Strategist collaborates with client leads, designers, contractors, and clients to deliver campaigns that produce measurable results. The role also contributes to developing internal best practices and helping grow Crisp’s content strategy function over time.

  • Experience working directly with clients

  • B2B industry exposure (tech, professional services, healthcare)

  • A portfolio that includes both writing and content planning examples
