Job Description

We’re looking for a talented teammate…

To join CLEAResult as a Conservation Account Manager (CAM). The CAM is responsible for energy efficiency program promotion and opportunity identification within assigned commercial accounts. In addition, the CAM will provide technical support and guidance through energy savings initiatives undertaken by key accounts.

To be considered you must be based in the GTA or have the ability to commute to the GTA.

  • Advise on energy-saving initiatives for key accounts and partners.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, fostering multi-level relationships.

  • Support energy efficiency applications, ensuring all criteria are met.

  • Meet program enrollment goals.

  • Build strategic industry relationships and influence.

  • Identify and advocate for energy-saving measures with assigned accounts.

  • Gather and share market insights.

  • Deliver customized presentations and proposals.

  • Recommend policies to boost departmental efficiency.

  • Collaborate with the Program Manager and other teams for operational improvements.

  • Attend industry events and handle additional responsibilities as needed.

Exciting candidates have…

  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial energy efficiency

  • 3 or 4-year technical degree, preferably focused on sustainability and energy efficiency

  • P.Eng, B.Eng, B.Sc., CEM, CET designations would be considered an asset

  • Strong influence and negotiation skills

  • Passionate about energy efficiency with a focus on technology solutions

  • Demonstrated ability to drive energy savings and achieve or exceed energy savings targets

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Targeted Compensation:

$36.80 - $48 per hour

Any offered rate is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example
