Nous sommes  à la recherche d’un.e concepteur.trice de jeu sénior (combat) motivé.e, et qui possède une expérience significative dans la production de jeux vidéo.

RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Concevoir des mécaniques de combat en collaboration avec la direction créative et une équipe multidisciplinaire.
  • Être responsable d'une implémentation robuste dans l'engin (usage de blueprints, outils propriétaires, etc.)
  • Entretenir une collaboration fructueuse avec tous les départements impliqués dans la conception du jeu et fournir des instructions et des rétroactions claires tout en cultivant un environnement de travail collaboratif où les membres se sentent valorisés et soutenus.
  • Participer à la formation et au mentorat des nouvelles recrues.
  • Contribuer au maintien des standards du département de design et être une influence positive au sein de l’équipe.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7 années d'expérience avec au moins un titre paru sur lequel le/la candidat.e a travaillé de la conception à la livraison.
  • Expérience professionnelle avec Unreal Engine 4 ou 5
  • Compréhension approfondie des jeux d’action AAA modernes et des meilleures pratiques de production

What we are looking for

We are looking for a motivated Senior Game Designer (Combat) with significant experience in video game production.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design combat features and mechanics in collaboration with the creative direction and a multidisciplinary team.
  • Be responsible for a robust implementation in the engine (use of blueprints, proprietary tools, etc.)
  • Maintain a fruitful collaboration with all departments involved in the game's design and provide clear instructions and feedback while cultivating a collaborative work environment where members feel valued and supported.
  • Participate in the training and mentoring of new recruits.
  • Contribute to maintaining the design department's standards and be a positive influence within the team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7 years of experience with at least one published title on which the candidate has worked from concept to delivery.
  • Professional experience with Unreal Engine 4 or 5
  • In-depth understanding of modern AAA action games and production best practices
