What You'll Do Here:

  • Work cross functionally with the Content and Creative team to develop community management strategies and creative ideation for Viral Nation’s top tier brands across all social media platforms 
  • Act as a strategic community manager and engage with followers on all social platforms, with a focus on YouTube, to enable growth and engagement in alignment with client KPIs
  • Curate periodical reports for reporting manager demonstrating engagement and analytics
  • Own the execution of daily posts, monitoring analytics, and maintaining accounts on key social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Discord etc.)
  • Develop and manage content calendars for dedicated accounts and provide recommendations to enhance content, copy and identify agile moments with a focus on YouTube long-form content, YouTube Shorts and YouTube Community Tab
  • Present analytics feedback and insights gained from social media marketing to help evolve strategies in a timely fashion
  • Work in collaboration with the Content, Creative and Accounts divisions to ensure processes and protocols are followed and enhanced
  • Act as the YouTube social media expert at Viral Nation, keeping the team up-to-date with changes in the ecosystem, current best practices and trends

You'll Need To Have:

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytical tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, etc.)
  • Must have a University degree, or College diploma in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Communications, and/or have equivalent work experience
  • Must have professionally managed Social Media for brands
  • Experience growing brands on social media through strategic community management
