We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Community Manager to oversee and enhance our client’s online presence. This role focuses on fostering meaningful connections, managing conversations across platforms, and ensuring the community thrives. As a contract team member, you’ll work weekends, Saturday and Sunday, aligning with our client's active engagement times to best serve their audience.

Applicants must be available for the below shift to be considered for this role: 

  • Monday - Friday: 2pm - 7pm (PST) 
  • Saturday - Sunday: 6am - 2pm (PST)
  • Saturday - Sunday: 2pm - 7pm (PST)

What You'll Do Here:

  • Community Engagement: Actively monitor and engage with followers across social media channels (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, etc.), responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and authentically.
  • Content Amplification: Share, schedule, and distribute client-approved content to maintain a consistent brand presence and stimulate audience interaction.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, relevant conversations, and emerging hashtags to identify opportunities for client engagement.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and loyal community members.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track engagement metrics and provide weekly performance reports, along with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Community Health: Monitor and manage online sentiment, escalating concerns to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Weekend Focus: Ensure robust engagement and availability during high-traffic periods (Friday through Sunday), when the client’s audience is most active.

You'll Need To Have:

  • Minimum of (2) years of professional experience with Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. (Specific focus on TikTok)
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytical tools including Sprout Social, Sprinklr, and Hootsuite
  • Must have a university degree, or college diploma, in a relevant field such as marketing, business, public relations, communications, and/or have equivalent work experience.
  • Must have professionally managed Social Media for brands
  • Experience growing audiences on social media through strategic community management
  • Familiarity with the Food & Beverage industry is a plus.
  • Availability to work nights or an alternative schedule to align with client requirements.
