Job Description
We are seeking a Commercial Strategy Manager to shape our pricing and packaging strategies, define product priorities, and support key business decisions, including partnerships, programs, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). In this role, you will perform ad-hoc and periodic analyses to identify business drivers and provide actionable recommendations, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product, R&D, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize pricing and packaging strategies to drive business growth.
Conduct internal and external data analysis to provide strategic recommendations.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align on product priorities and business decisions.
Support key initiatives, including partnerships, special programs, and M&A opportunities.
Deliver insights and analyses to influence executive-level decision-making.

Superior analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data quickly.

Target Base Salary Range: $123,000 - $133,000 CAD
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
