How you'll make an impact:

You’ll help prospects achieve their desired business outcomes by uncovering priorities, recommending technical solutions, and articulating the value of those solutions. You’ll collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer needs and demonstrate how Boomi's integration, automation, and orchestration platform solves business challenges.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to determine customer needs and understand technical landscapes
  • Pinpoint customer pain points and tailor solutions that deliver value beyond merely addressing the stated issues
  • Uncover requirements with business stakeholders and technical users, verifying the interoperability of solutions within the prospect’s environment
  • Deliver impactful presentations that influence the purchase of our solutions
  • Guide customers on technical solution design and architecture
  • Support RFI/RFP completion by answering technical questions for prospects
  • Collaborate with internal experts and implementation partners to help make customers successful
  • Support prospective customers in the Eastern Time zone

The experience you bring:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 2+ years of client-facing experience with a strong technical aptitude and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • Knowledge of productivity tools such as Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and CRMs
  • Comfortable presenting to both technical and business user audiences
  • Natural passion for problem solving and curiosity to understand how things work
  • Innovative desire to build solutions that solve business and technical problems
  • Ability to work independently but at the same time collaboratively within your team and cross functionally

Bonus points if you:

  • Speak Spanish
  • Have experience in value-based selling

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The On Target Earnings (OTE) for this remote position in Canada, ranges from 120,000-155,000 CAD annually (inclusive of commission). Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s geographic location, knowledge, skills, and experience.
