We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a Commercial Accounts Representative with experience in efficiently managing, reporting, and scheduling the inventory and sale of vehicles through OPENLANE’s platforms. As the Commercial Accounts Representative, you will be a key participant in the roll-out of critical projects and strategic initiatives to support revenue growth.

You Are: 

  • Detail Oriented.  Ensure sales vehicles meet account specifications. 

  • Customer-Focused. Provide prompt, courteous service and resolve customer issues in a friendly manner. 

  • Adaptable. Demonstrate flexibility in handling changing work environments. 

  • Proactive. Identify and address areas of concern, involving leadership as necessary. 

  • Collaborative. Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to identify and address concerns. 

  • Driven. Motivate team members to achieve goals. 

You Will:

  • Participate as an active member of the National Accounts team and act as the initial point of contact for internal and external clients to support the business needs. 

  • Actively participate in client monthly status update meetings via conference call and in-person from time to time.

  • Maintain, monitor and report on accurate and complete monthly SLA metrics and KPI's for assigned clients.

  • Act as an initial point of contact for daily operations for internal and external clients relating to inspection, audit, and other AutoVIN services rendered and utilize innovative thinking to provide solutions.

  • Collaborate with operational teams to solve problems and deliver best in class service.

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service and communication (audits, inspections, or related information) to both internal and external customers.

  • Develop a thorough understanding of both AutoVIN and client procedures and business processes to facilitate the role as liaison between the two organizations. 

  • Utilize all appropriate means to research, respond to and resolve client issues and concerns. 

  • Be familiar with procedures for handling all aspects of customer complaints or disputes.  

  • Answer incoming correspondence (calls and emails) for both internal and external clients in a timely manner.

  • Practice and promote teamwork at all times.  Set a good personal example of attitude and performance.

Experience & Education requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years in a Commercial Account Representative role or equivalent.

  • Experience in managing client relationships on a logistical role.

  • Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organization and analytical skills.

  • Self-motivated and multi-tasking oriented.

  • Automotive and Remarketing knowledge, is a plus.

  • Knowledge of Google Workspace and Salesforce CRM, is a plus

Compensation Range of
 

Hourly: $25.00 - $33.00 CAD
