If you were in the Climate Business Partner, Supply Chain role now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
- Lead the development and implementation of our global supplier engagement and logistics decarbonization programs in collaboration with our supply chain and sustainability teams.
- Identifying and scaling the implementation of low-carbon initiatives to meet our bold climate goals. Analyzing data from multiple sources, in partnership with our data team, to draw out insights to action, develop bespoke supplier targets and scale programs
- Influencing cross-functional leaders to align plans, capital decisions, and operations with climate goals
- Providing hands-on guidance to key suppliers in collaboration with Supply Chain teams
- Support and partner on other sustainability-led programs including worker well-being and circularity
- Partnering with Amer sports brands and other industry peers to identify shared ambition, tools, clean energy investments, and creative renewable energy procurement opportunities. Building climate literacy and alignment across our Supply Chain teams,by creating tools, training, and content to build capacity and inspire climate action across our supply chain.
- Supporting change management as well as internal and public annual reporting in line with the GHG Protocol and SBTi

- Shaping industry-wide solutions through-developing leading decarbonization projects and operations that go beyond industry norms, working with a network of global organizations (e.g., SBTi, Aii, FICCA)
Are you our next Climate Business Partner, Supply Chain?
- You have 5+ years of experience in sustainability, corporate consulting, or supply chain management — or an equivalent combination of education and experience ideally within consumer products or apparel
- You have a strong understanding of supplier engagement, logistics decarbonization, and Scope 3 emissions
- You are a builder that thrives in ambiguity and has experience developing new programs and processes where there is no blueprint.
- You have experience in the apparel or consumer goods industry with an understanding of the commercialization process for an apparel company including raw materials, product development, commercialization, and go‑to‑market processes in a consumer product or retail environment.
- You are an excellent communicator and collaborator, building relationships both internally and externally.
- You have strategic thinking skills and the ability to connect long-term vision with practical action
- You have strong communication and project management skills, and comfort working across diverse teams and external partners
- You have curiosity, flexibility, and a collaborative mindset
- You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
- You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
- You seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to leaving it better
