- Respond to complex inquiries from the business specific to Finning’s pricing system and processes.
- Coordinate and submit claims in accordance with CAT programs, ensuring sales audit requirements are met for complex Caterpillar Marketing Support Claims.
- Develop and implement processes and systems to streamline data collection and submission where possible.
- Follow up with sales reps, sales managers, and CAT reps on any discretionary supporting documents.
- Regularly review new and existing CAT programs to determine business applicability and viability.
- Ensure pricing governance and consistency, maintaining profitability through complex system and pricing governance.
- Work with Pricing analysts to understand current pricing processes and leverage these to achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Provide ad-hoc support and analysis for business stakeholders related to CAT programs or other projects as required.
- Deliver on goals related to the annual go-to-market strategy for Product Support.
- Yearly, quarterly, monthly, and ad hoc status reporting.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education required in related field. (Pricing, Data, Economics, Business).
- 3-5 years’ experience in an administrative or coordinator role.
- Previous technical experience working with SQL server management studio
- Well-versed with SQL querying and automation as well as experience with ERP and database systems.
- Demonstrated history of an ability to achieve results through effective collaborative relationships and project management.
- Self sufficient in finding resources to facilitate technical problem solving.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed administrative and deliverable work targets.
- Knowledge of equipment, solutions, components, and systems.
- Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills using MS Office suite.
- Ability to recognize anomalies in reporting and investigate the root cause.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong presentation skills.
- Ability to work across an organization, influence others, and build commitment to a recommended direction while managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
