The Role
The Chief of Staff will work closely with the CEO to translate strategic goals into execution. Acting as a force multiplier for leadership, the Chief of Staff will ensure alignment across business, product, and engineering functions, and will serve as a trusted advisor in three key areas of revenue growth, talent growth, and internal operations.
The Chief of Staff will:
- Be a trusted advisor to the CEO to continue to grow the business across revenue, talent and operational activities.
- Strategic execution: Convert strategic prioritizes into practical initiatives
- Planning: Lead planning processes, including consolidating leadership goals into company collateral
- Operations: Develop and maintain communication lines between the executive and employees to keep leadership informed
- Support high-impact initiatives: Lead special projects that cut across business and product teams
- Amplify leadership bandwidth: Anticipate needs, surface insights, and manage priorities
- Work with managers to implement quarterly targets for their staff
- Lead new initiatives and participate in in-person events and conferences
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, or a fast-growing startup.
- Proven experience supporting or working alongside executives in a strategic or operational capacity.
- Effective in public speaking and business development.
- Track record of managing cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion
- Prior experience in financial services, data, or technology sectors
- Experience scaling a startup or leading OKR / planning processes
- Familiarity with AI, data infrastructure, or capital markets products
