As an extension of the founders of the company, you will work on the hardest challenges in the business alongside them. Your days are varied but will include:
ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery: make sure multi-GW projects get delivered on time and help fill in any gaps alongside our construction, procurement and development teams.
Special Projects: jump on anything that is hard to solve and needs a smart solution, like standing up new functions from zero to one and owning them until they’re ready to hand off.
Financing: support on complex equity financing and project financing transactions involving billions of dollars of CAPEX.
Hiring: help hire the team from juniors to executives. Help form company culture.
Firefighting: help troubleshoot the daily problems that come up, like finding a last-minute replacement supplier or driving to the customer site to solve a contractor’s problem.
5+ years of professional experience in high-performance environments in startups, consulting, finance, engineering, military, or similar.
Demonstrated execution ability across a variety of complex projects.
Can own projects end-to-end.
High agency.
