Develops Digital channel marketing plans that contribute to key business priorities and desired outcomes.
Core Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Lead digital channel marketing campaigns, initiatives, promotions, or research projects.
Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and monitor digital channel marketing plans, managing our digital marketing agency. Contribute your expertise to major digital channel marketing deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
Strategic Alignment: Ensure that digital channel marketing plans are aligned with the overall company strategy. Assist in defining the success and effectiveness of campaigns and strategic alliances initiatives, and draft in-depth reviews of campaign effectiveness.
Data Analysis: Identify and analyze varied sources of data and information to inform planning decisions. Develop and execute regular reporting with our Data Analytics team, providing actionable insights to the business.
Stakeholder Communication: Proactively communicate the status and issues of digital channel marketing activities regularly to stakeholders, including sales professionals, business leaders, team members, and senior managers.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain effective relationships with various parties, including sales professionals, business leads, Martech providers and key decision-makers. Proactively foster communication between stakeholders.
Risk Management: Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks associated with digital channel marketing activities.
Special Projects: Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of eight years of related work experience, with a focus on financial institutions.
- Digital Expertise: Proficient in digital campaign management and strategy.
- Media Ads Campaigns: Knowledge of media ads campaigns with Google, Meta (Facebook), LinkedIn and programmatic buying.
- Education: Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Fluency in French is an asset, given the bilingual nature of the Canadian market.
- Collaborate with the digital product management cross-functional teams to design client and user experiences, create wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes that ensure the usability and value creation of products (ideation and prototyping, user research and usability testing, UX / UI designs)
- Designs intuitive and impactful user experiences and develops strategies that align user needs with business goals.
- Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and design management and strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards to comply with AODA, and responsive design
- Ability to conduct user research and usability testing
- Experience working in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
