Your team’s dynamic:

Genetec is a market leader and innovative technology company with a broad solutions portfolio that encompasses security, intelligence, and operations. We are seeking a Channel Marketing Manager tasked with developing and executing strategic B2B marketing initiatives that drive engagement, demand, and growth across the channel partner ecosystem.

Focused on the North American region, you’ll be at the heart of our partner ecosystem, crafting and executing regional marketing programs that drive engagement, boost sales, and elevate our brand. You'll collaborate with premium partners, launch compelling campaigns, and create unforgettable engagement opportunities that fuel business success.

You will be a strategic thinker with the experience to develop and execute impactful, channel-centric marketing programs with the creative spice to have fun with it.

What your day will look like:

  • Grow the marketing function within strategic account management to develop new sales and marketing opportunities
  • Collaborate with top-tier, strategic partners in the field and virtually to co-create branded campaigns, joint go-to-market initiatives, and demand-generation programs
  • Build and optimize relationships with internal and external sales, marketing, and enablement counterparts to deliver premium channel marketing services
  • Plan and manage partner-focused campaigns, events, and enablement programs to strengthen relationships, enhance loyalty, and expand business opportunities
  • Collaborate with key technology partners to drive channel-focused initiatives
  • Track and analyze marketing initiatives, measuring effectiveness against established goals and providing recommendations for continuous improvement

More about you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 7 or more years of experience in B2B channel marketing, partner marketing, or field marketing, preferably in the security, IT, or technology industry
  • Proven ability to develop and execute partner marketing strategies that drive measurable results
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
  • Experience working within a channel model and an understanding of its unique dynamics

You’d be the perfect fit if:

  • You thrive in team environments, but also know how to own and lead projects
  • You enjoy traveling in the field (up to 25%) meeting with partners and counterparts to drive relationships and deep account engagement
  • You think outside the box and understand there’s more than one way to market
  • You enjoy the complexities of a channel model and know how to leverage it for success

Let’s talk perks!

  • Attractive compensation package
  • Training Tuition Reimbursement Program
  • Work-life balance with a flexible working schedule

Still not sure if you check every box, but think it’s worth a shot? We love that enthusiasm!

Thank you for your application, but please note that only qualified candidates will be contacted. Head-hunters and recruitment agencies may not submit resumés/CVs through this Web site or directly to managers.
