About Partner Enablement: Partner Enablement sits within AVEVA’s wider Commercial Enablement function, we have two main audiences, our AVEVA Partners (Sell Thru/Sell With/Sell To) and our AVEVA Partner Sellers (the AVEVA employees managing our partner relationships). The Partner Enablement team also has two main functions, a Global Partner Enablement function which creates tailored Enablement plans for each AVEVA Partner type (and our AVEVA Partner sellers) and a Regional Partner Execution function which owns the execution of these central enablement initiatives across the partners and partner sellers within their region.
About this role: The Americas Partner Enablement Manager sits within the Regional Partner Execution function and is the main point of contact for AVEVA partners and AVEVA partner sellers in the Americas region. They will be responsible for driving awareness and adoption of all relevant enablement tools and initiatives created centrally, for responding to and facilitating in-region enablement requests and for feeding through insight direct from the field to inform future priorities of the wider Commercial Enablement team.
The role holder will therefore work closely with the AVEVA Partner Leadership, AVEVA Partner Sellers and Partners in their region. They will also collaborate with other functional teams within Commercial Enablement and beyond to ensure the requirements of the field are understood and delivered.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Run Rate Channel Business reporting/Discrete Opp reporting and managing the opportunities in SalesForce
- Manage the NON-OPA process for Service, SOW and Co-Sell Agreements supporting the Channel Account Manager with the quoting the opportunity, assist with order processing, working with our Contracts and Legal Team
- Quarterly Business Reviews – prepare sales documents for the business review with Channel Account Manager
- Assist partners on RFP responses or information that is required
- Acting as the main point of contact for the Channel Account Managers within their region, responding to, prioritizing, and facilitating any in-region enablement requests.
- Establishing regular cadence with AVEVA’s Channel Account Managers Partner Teams and AVEVA Leadership, regular enablement updates and gaining valuable field insight around the Customer First Renewals
- Building a strong understanding of the partner business, priorities, opportunities, and challenges within their region, acting as subject matter expert for that region within the Partner Enablement Team.
- Owning a consolidated schedule Partner for the Americas region across all audiences, keeping them up to date his up to date and well-communicated across all stakeholders
- Capturing insight from AVEVA Partner Sellers and Partners in their region and feeding this through to relevant stakeholders and the wider Partner Enablement team to help inform future priorities.
- Following our best practice processes for ensuring our AVEVA Partners receive a consistent experience from AVEVA and identifying areas for improvement wherever possible.
- with key AVEVA folks to provide access to certain tools within AVEVA
- Assist in the training of new hires by providing overviews of key tools including Power BI, Salesforce, and Next Gen. Support includes instruction on building Salesforce reports, managing the excel spreadsheet, that provides the Channel Account Managers a snapshot of their quarterly forecast
