  • Ensure all operational readiness criteria are met prior to deployment, including documentation approval, training readiness, quality review, and communications.
  • Coordinate deployment of changes into live AV data collection environments and verify successful implementation.
  • Monitor post-deployment outcomes and identify operational issues, unintended impacts, or required corrective actions.
  • Maintain audit-ready records of change decisions, approvals, execution status, and outcomes.
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in change execution processes and propose improvements.
  • Serve as a mentor and resource to less-experienced team members on change execution and operational readiness.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

  • Customer service experience with the ability to support and engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change and operate effectively in ambiguous environments.

  • Knowledge of Engineering Change Management processes.
  • Knowledge of Global Program Launch processes.
  • Vehicle development process knowledge.
  • Knowledge of/or experience with Automated Driving technologies and execution
