• Implement and maintain high-quality code aligned with best practices and design standards
• Contribute to the overall strategy and technology direction of Calypso platform development
• Work on distributed application architecture, performance tuning, and system optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FI & Derivatives to deliver scalable, reliable systems
• Participate in capacity planning, design reviews, and production support activities

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong Java development background (5+ years) with expertise in designing and building distributed applications
• Experience in Calypso development, customization, or integration
• Solid understanding of capital markets, including trade management and derivative products
• Proficiency in SQL and Oracle DB
• Familiarity with Linux (RedHat) environments and MQ messaging
• JVM tuning and multi-threading experience
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup and cross-functional environment
