Key Responsibilities
- Attend scheduled site visits with prospective clients
- Conduct walkthroughs of commercial facilities to assess cleaning needs
- Develop scopes of work and prepare proposals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate service plans
- Maintain records of site visits, proposals, and follow-ups
- Represent the company professionally during client interactions
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of sales, customer service, estimating, or related experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and managing appointments
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Experience in janitorial, facilities services, or B2B services is a plus
