About the Outbound SDR role
We’re a growing SaaS startup looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate quality demo appointments with potential clients.
Your role:
- Make 200+ outbound dials daily and use LinkedIn for prospecting
- Research and identify prospects in our target market
- Run multi-step outbound campaigns to book qualified appointments
- Reach out via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Keep records accurate and up to date in HubSpot CRM
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as an outbound BDR/SDR in SaaS or tech
- Strong communication (written & spoken English)
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn prospecting
- Self-starter who can work independently
- Alignment with our core values
- Ability to quickly establish a trusting relationship with prospects
- Confident and competitive, yet teachable
Nice to have:
- Startup experience and knowledge of the MSP space
- Familiar with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom, Aircall, Lemlist
