Job Description:
Support in the sustainment and constant improvement of Transportation & Logistics Performance levels.
Provide operational reports, on a regular basis, in order to create visibility on issues related to stated performance, to the Envista Opco organizations as well as the Envista Corporate organization.
Provide active input and supporting reporting to enable the proper management decision making process in matters primarily related to, but not exclusively consisting of, Transportation & Logistics
Maintain, improve & monitor the Transportation & Logistics IT tools & system(s) for which the Transportation & Logistics Department is considered the business owner and main internal as well as external IT system(s) contact
Job Requirements:
- Provide operational reports and analysis.
- Propose general performance improvement actions, corrective actions and monitor progress with standard, ad hoc, operational reports.
- Provide input to Operations Management when performance improvement action plans are being developed.
- Take responsibility for the internal carrier invoice auditing process from an operational perspective.
- Take responsibility for support, continuous improvement and the correct functioning of the Transportation & Logistics business ownership classified IT system(s)
- Translate business needs into functional solutions in our Transportation & Logistics business ownership classified IT system(s)
Critical Knowledge and Qualifications: (what the role holder must know; including any required general or professional qualifications/education)
- Broad knowledge on data analysis (HBO degree)
- Fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English
- Excellent written and oral communication ability
- Knowledge of transportation processes and solutions
Critical Skills/technical know-how: (what the role holder must be able to do)
- Excellent knowledge Excel, basic knowledge Word and Powerpoint
- TMS (Transportation Management System) knowledge
- Analytical skills
Critical Experience:
3-5 Years relevant operational experience
