Senior Business Analyst – CloudFuzion Replacement ProgramPosition Overview
Seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the CloudFuzion Replacement Program, partnering with the Project Manager, Solution Architect, and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. This role will lead requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, business process analysis, documentation, and solution validation across multiple workstreams including cloud infrastructure, modern web applications, and AI-enabled capabilities.
Reporting StructureWorks alongside the Project Manager and Solution Architect while partnering with Transmission Planning stakeholders, software engineering, DevOps, QA, UX, AI engineers, Enterprise Architecture, and Cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities- Lead requirements elicitation workshops and stakeholder interviews.
- Document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, workflows, and business rules.
- Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirements clarification.
- Support solution design, UAT, production readiness, and change management.
- Maintain requirements traceability and project documentation.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure delivered functionality aligns with business objectives.
- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid software delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Experience supporting cloud, enterprise application, or digital transformation projects.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Utility or regulated industry experience.
- Experience with AWS cloud, APIs, AI initiatives, or enterprise integration.
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA, or similar certification preferred.
